Building sustainable, institutional-grade facilities to support New Zealand’s private healthcare sector.
Our Properties
NHL Property develops and operates a growing portfolio of healthcare assets.
We merge our medical industry experience and clinical insights with an intergenerational property investment strategy. Our flagship private medical hub, The Forté Health Precinct is fully leased with an enviable WALT, institutional-quality tenants and a fully integrated ecosystem of specialists, hospitals and allied health services.
As demand for private healthcare continues to grow, NHL is focused on expanding our footprint beyond a single precinct, partnering with leading medical operators to deliver premium healthcare infrastructure across New Zealand.

Our Developments
A tenant-led pipeline of purpose-built healthcare facilities.
Every NHL development begins with a tenant. We partner directly with leading medical specialists and healthcare operators to design and deliver facilities built around their specific clinical, operational and long-term growth needs,
This tenant-led approach means each development is underwritten by long-term lease commitments before construction begins, producing institutional-grade assets that support both clinical performance and investor returns. Our current development pipeline includes:
Forté Expansion Project | Kilmore Street, Christchurch | Opening 2027
The fourth building within Christchurch's leading private medical precinct. The Forté Expansion Project extends the fully integrated ecosystem of specialists, hospitals and allied health services already established on Kilmore Street, and is being delivered in direct response to tenant demand for further capacity within the precinct.
Southern Eye Specialists | 72 Papanui Road, Christchurch | Opening 2027
A purpose-built 2,600m² ophthalmology facility developed for Southern Eye Specialists, one of the South Island's leading eye care providers. The two-level facility will include consultation, office and treatment rooms tailored to the clinical workflow of a modern eye care practice.
